  • We've been specialising in customer experience measurement for a long time

  • Over 500 research projects completed and still counting

  • Harare is home and we regularly travel far and wide to find the information we need

  • 13 of us are here full time

  • There are 100 ad hoc researchers stationed in all major Zimbabwean cities

  • We believe that if it can't be measured then it cannot be fixed
